The first order of business was to ditch the factory leaf spring setup and rearend, install mini-tubs, a 9" rearend, and 4-link rear-suspension. Next came an EFI conversion, new carpet and seats.

After paint was stripped, it was decided that new quarter panels were necessary - not rusted, just beat to death. A few rust spots were found and addressed. Now it's just priming and blocking ad nauseum...
